BOLD HIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective date: 4 August 2026

PLEASE REPLACE ALL TEXT IN SQUARE BRACKETS BEFORE PUBLISHING.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://boldhive.site and purchases made from Bold Hive. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

1. About us

Trading name: Bold Hive

Email:khaliuptcl@gmail.com

Website: https://boldhive.site

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services online.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not interfere with the website’s operation or security; introduce malware; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or copy content unlawfully; use the website to commit fraud; or infringe the rights of Bold Hive or another person.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations or updates. Images are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product dimensions, capacity and compatibility should be checked before purchase. If a product materially differs from its description, your statutory rights are unaffected.

4. Prices and charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude taxes as stated there. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you submit the order.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already accepted. If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions or an obvious pricing error. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.

6. Payment

You must use an authorised and valid payment method. Payment services are provided by third-party processors and may be subject to their terms. We do not normally store complete payment-card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and estimated timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you identify an error.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains cancellation rights, return conditions, exclusions, costs and refund timing. Nothing in that policy limits statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility requirements, expiry dates and product exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already accepted.

10. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant Bold Hive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content. We do not promise to publish every submission.

11. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including branding, text, graphics, layout and original media, are owned by or licensed to Bold Hive and protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other right is granted without written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The website may contain third-party services or links. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, but this does not affect any responsibility we have for service providers used to fulfil our contract with you.

13. Availability and website changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will not use this section to avoid obligations relating to an accepted order.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. If you use products for commercial purposes, additional lawful limitations may apply.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay and inform you where appropriate. Your rights regarding late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

16. Severability, waiver and assignment

If part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. We may transfer our rights or obligations only where this does not reduce your legal protections. You may transfer your rights where permitted by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law and applies retrospectively.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT UK JURISDICTION: ENGLAND AND WALES / SCOTLAND / NORTHERN IRELAND]. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law applicable to you.

Please contact [INSERT CUSTOMER-SUPPORT EMAIL] first so we can try to resolve a complaint fairly.
